IFLA New Professionals Special Interest Group (NPSIG) is a band of librarians from around the world who share knowledge about many faces of libraries and librarians on the blog and in social media.
They also work together to organise a “IFLAcamp”. This event is some kind of a unconference which is free and open for everyone who wants to learn and tell about their experience. It is organised two days before the IFLA Congress. That event is a great opportunity for newcomers to get know more about IFLA activities if they cannot afford the cost of the actual IFLA Congress. In previously editions they met many local librarians who inspired them and inspired each other to see the library work from a new perspective.
In this year they would like to organise the IFLAcamp#7 again, but they need a venue (a conference room for around 60 people) for the first day (22 August 2019).
