IFLA and the WLIC 2019 National Committee are delighted to announce additional grants to support the attendance of Greek librarians at the IFLA World Library and Information Congress 2019. The conference will open on 25 August 2019 and Athens will be inundated by thousands of librarians from all over the globe who will meet, discuss, exchange ideas and network at the world’s most international library conference. We want as many Greek librarians as possible to experience IFLA’s Congress in their home country. With the generous support of our lead donor, the Stavros Νiarchos Foundation and also the Onassis Foundation, additional grants covering registration at the Congress are now available.
