Dear library professionals, friends and fans from all over the world !
The IFLA New Professionals Special Interest Group (NPSIG) organizes the famous, one and only IFLAcamp #7 in Athens on August 22 & 23, 2019!
It’s a free unconference where all participants decide what they do and talk about. It’s also a great possibility to find out about hot topics in our profession and meet librarians from all the world!
The first day will take place in the Municipal Library in Ilioupoli, which is located at 18 Nikomachou Street, in the southeastern part of the Athens. We will have an important professional with us! Marina Endecha, a specialist in Information Literacy, will share knowledge about IL and play very interesting game with us.
Because we will be in Athens, the second day will be dedicated to the Librarian Olympiads! You can imagine many sport disciplines and activities like it is on famous Olympiads, but with library things. You do not have to be an athletic, just an adventurer who likes spending time in a very active way on the Greek beach.
