We are seeking a Project Communications & Events Officer to join the LIBER team.

Do you have experience in the organisation and planning of events and workshops? Are you enthusiastic and interested in issues relating to research libraries such as open access, research data management, text and data mining, and research infrastructure?

The Role

LIBER is seeking a Project Communications & Events Officer to take responsibility for the organisation of EU project related events and activities and to provide support to the LIBER Communications Officer in the maintenance and development of LIBER communication channels as a means to promote activities relating to the LIBER Strategy and to engage LIBER stakeholders.

Duration and Working Hours

The appointment is full-time and will be for a two year contract.

Salary

Salary will be on Scale 9: minimum €2,590 to maximum €3,568 gross per month full-time, plus a vacation allowance of 8%, and a December allowance of 8.33%. LIBER has an excellent pension scheme, as set out in the Collective Labour Agreement for Research Institutes.
